At Selvarum we believe that having a home in the jungle and caring for the environment can go hand in hand. Over 10,000 m² devoted to producing, conserving and learning.
Inspired by the Solar Maya —where home, orchard, animals, trees and bees traditionally live together— our Permaculture Centre works as a living amenity.
Here you can see first-hand the processes of composting, stingless-bee keeping, plant propagation, food production and responsible resource management.
It is not a decorative garden. It is a living system that is already running.

Natural cenote
At the heart of SelvarumAt the centre of our project lies an open natural cenote, integrated as one of Selvarum's most special amenities.
A space that is part of the land's original landscape, one we aim to conserve, respect and enjoy responsibly, keeping its natural relationship with the jungle.
Rather than creating an amenity, we chose to give value to something that was already here.
Master plan
The Ring
At the heart of the Solar Maya stands a monumental ring inspired by the Ball Court of Chichén Itzá.
Designed and built following the movement of the stars, it works as a symbol of regeneration, nature and Maya culture. During the full moon, the moon visually occupies the centre of the ring.
A piece that embodies the relationship between culture, territory and nature that inspires Selvarum.
