The NEOTERRE brand, the names of our developments, the copy, photography, renders, plans and the design of this site belong to NEOTERRE or to those who have authorised us to use them. You may view them and share links; you may not reproduce, modify or use them commercially without our written permission.

This is the point most worth reading. The prices, areas, lot availability, construction timelines, amenities and renders shown on the site are **for reference**: they are there to give you an idea, and do not constitute a binding offer or form part of any contract.

Images of projects under development are artistic representations and may differ from the built result. Availability changes frequently. Only what is set out in the corresponding signed contract is binding, and we recommend confirming any detail with us before making a decision.

We ask that you use the site in good faith: without attempting to damage it, without accessing non-public areas, without harvesting its content by automated means, and without impersonating anyone when you write to us.

The site links to third-party services — among them WhatsApp, Instagram and the agency that markets some of our projects. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or for what they do with your information.
